Here are some resources and groups that I have found invaluable.

Online-Therapy.com

Therapy helped me begin to heal from childhood abuse and trauma. It took me years of healing to get to where I am today. If you are struggling with anything, give therapy a try.

I recommend Online-Therapy.* Therapy from your couch. What could be easier?

988 Suicide & Crisis Hotline

You can call, text, or chat 988, and be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

The previous Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available.

Ask A Sex Abuse Survivor

Ask a Sex Abuse Survivor is a support organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of sexual abuse and assault survivors worldwide. We do this through our online programs, Survivor Poetry Readings, Interviews, and Support Groups.

If you are interested in sharing your story or poetry or attending a support group, contact askasurvivor@gmail.com for more info.

* I receive compensation from Online-Therapy when you use my referral link. I only recommend products and services when I believe in them.
